A graduate of a New England college with a bachelor’s degree in business administration, Robbie has dedicated over 35 years to the healthcare industry. Her experience includes working for Blue Cross and Blue Shield insurance companies and as the Business Office Manager in skilled nursing facilities.
She discovered her passion for skilled nursing facilities after her mother suffered a stroke and was confined to a facility until her passing. This experience transformed Robbie into becoming an advocate for the families of nursing home patients.
